Orders
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the products displayed on our website.
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, or that we have made a pricing or description error, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reserve the right not to accept or to cancel the order.
We have made every effort to display the colours and appearance of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device will display the colours or appearance of the actual products accurately.
Whilst we try to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, all information is provided in good faith and is approximate only.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Website Use.
You can place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items that you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time before checkout.
Carriage charges, where applicable, will be shown before you place your order.
You must pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use secure payment facilities, including Stripe and PayPal.
Promotional prices apply only during the period stated.
All prices quoted on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges or delay.
Once your order is complete, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date.
Delivery and Carriage Charges
Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Any stated dispatch or delivery date is an estimate only and may change without notice.

We do not deliver outside Mainland Great Britain or to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands, or the following postcode areas: AB31 – AB38, AB40 – AB56, HS, IV1 – IV28, IV30 – IV32, IV36 – IV40, IV41 – IV49, IV51 – IV56, IV63, KA27 – KA28, KW1 – KW17, PA20, PA21 – PA49, PA60 – PA78, PH4 – PH44.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. Deliveries are normally made between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
After a failed delivery attempt, or if you are not available at the agreed delivery time, the goods may be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge you any reasonable additional delivery or handling costs arising from a failed delivery or a change of address requested after dispatch.
If you know that you will not be available to receive your order, please contact the carrier directly to arrange an alternative delivery. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to KURE.
Please inspect the goods on delivery. Any product that is missing or damaged should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
If the products are lost or damaged in transit, please inform us promptly.
Deliveries are made on the condition that there is reasonable access for safe and prompt delivery. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements when placing your order.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These events may include accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, or the default of our suppliers or carriers. We will take reasonable steps to put matters right as soon as possible, but we will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We do not offer weekend delivery. Collections are made from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will usually be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Disposal of packaging materials is your responsibility.
Cancellation and Returns
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
If you are a consumer and have a right to cancel under applicable law, you must exercise that right within the relevant cancellation period and comply with any reasonable return instructions provided by us. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@kureoxygen.com if you wish to cancel or return an order.
This section does not apply to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed goods, which are dealt with separately below.
Where a return is accepted outside your statutory rights, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable delivery, collection, handling, or restocking costs from any refund, to the extent permitted by law.
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us within 24 hours by email or telephone, providing details of the issue. It is helpful if you are able to provide a digital photograph of the problem, as this may avoid the need for the goods to be returned for inspection.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the items may need to be returned to us within the use by date shown on the product.
If the goods are defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise not in conformity with your legal rights, you will be entitled to the remedy available to you under applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, refund, and reimbursement of reasonable return costs where appropriate.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
