KURE is a like-minded group of entrepreneurs that came together to develop a technology to upgrade standard water into a functional water using nothing more than pure oxygen and technology. We are business that thinks seriously about how we source, deliver and consume every day products and set ourselves the highest of standards in manufacturing and technology.Our ethos and goal is to offer everyone the opportunity to upgrade their water with a wholly natural product that delivers real impact whilst also being affordable.
WHAT IS KURE OXYGEN WATER?
KURE is a functional still water beverage designed for everyday use. A unique fusion of natural spring water and nano oxygen. Kure not only hydrates but oxygenates delivering the boost of vitality needed throughout the day.

KURE is made from Cornish spring water. The spring is located in 135 acres of ancient Cornish farmland, 1,000 ft above sea level ensuring that every bottle contains mineral rich and naturally pure water.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE WATER'S PURITY?
KURE Oxygen Water is sourced on a land free from pollutants and pesticides, ensuring we drink as nature intended.Every bottle is manufactured under the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global, an independent food safety accreditation, recognised by all major UK supermarkets BRC accreditation means that the company has met rigorous standards for hygiene control and management systems related to its manufacturing, packaging and distribution processes.
IS KURE OXYGEN WATER MINERAL WATER? DO YOU ADD ANY MINERALS? IS KURE KURE OXYGEN WATER SPRING, FILTERED OR PURIFIED WATER?
Kure is natural spring water and we don’t add anything for taste. Our water is a product of nature, meaning all of the minerals are naturally absorbed into the water as it flows through layers of rock. Nothing is added.
IS KURE OXYGEN WATER PURIFIED OR TREATED IN ANY WAY?
The high quality of KURE water both at the source and after bottling is controlled by analytical tests, meeting the relevant UK regulations for food safety and quality.The analytical tests are conducted by independent certified laboratories.
HOW IS THE WATER FILTERED AT THE SOURCE?
Our spring water is naturally filtered underground. During the bottling process at our state-of-the-art facility; the water undergoes a four stage (absolute) filtration process.
WHAT TYPES OF MINERALS DOES KURE OXYGEN WATER CONTAIN?
Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Sulphate are some of the natural minerals found in every bottle of KURE. With a consistent total dissolved solids count of under 100 (mg/l) and a natural pH level of 7.0 this combination is the reason why Kure tastes so good.
IS KURE OXYGEN WATER SUITABLE FOR DAILY CONSUMPTION?
Yes, we recommend starting every day with KURE.

WHY WOULD I BUY BOTTLED WATER WHEN I HAVE TAP WATER AT HOME?
Not all water is the same. Depending upon the source, water contains different levels of minerals, dissolved solids and acidity, which directly affect its taste and benefits. Tap water varies significantly with the potential of environmental contaminants making their way into the water supply. To combat such contaminants, chlorine is often added which can affect taste.Kure is from a natural spring source that produces a water of exceptional purity and taste. Kure is also tested daily and exceeds all of the most stringent international testing criteria.In our busy lives, a bottle of Kure provides convenience and portability so you can always have a healthy beverage by your side.
DOES IT NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?
When opened, we always recommend to keep Kure refrigerated, at the very least to store in a clean, cool, dry place away from strong odours and chemicals.
IS THE KURE BRAND NAME INFERRING THAT KURE WATER CAN CURE SICKNESSES AND DISEASES?
No, we just think it is a cool brand name.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE YOUR OPERATIONS ARE SUSTAINABLE?
Sustainability is at the core of Kure. We source our water from pristine springs located in ancient Cornish farmland using clean energy, specifically from solar and wind.Additionally, our partnership with the PCX Market ensures that for every bottle produced, an equivalent amount of plastic is responsibly recovered and up-cycled.

IS IT SAFE TO CONSUME WATER PACKAGED IN PET BOTTLES?
PET has a broad application in the food and beverage industry, serving as primary packaging for numerous items, including soft drinks, juices, ready-to-drink teas and water as well as food items such as ketchup or peanut butter. PET has been safely used for many years and has met all Government rigorous standards, ensuring its safety as food and beverage container. Research reviews concluded that PET containers do not pose health risk to consumers and do not leach harmful amounts of substances into their contents under foreseeable conditions of use. DOES KURE OXYGEN WATER'S PACKAGING CONTAIN BISPHENOL A (BPA)?
No, Kure packaging is not made with Bisphenol A (BPA), a chemical intermediate used to make plastics and resin, nor have they ever contained BPA. The quality of our water and safety of our loyal customers are our utmost priority.
WHY IS KURE OXYGEN WATER LAUNCHING LARGE FORMAT SIZES?
Today Kure does not come in cooler-sized containers, but we’re always looking at new ways to innovate and offer new product sizes for our customers. Stay tuned for updates.
ARE THERE ANY PLANS IN PLACE TO REDUCE THE USE OF PLASTIC? AND WHAT IS KURE DOING FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
At Kure, our mission extends beyond minimising our environmental impact. We aim to leave a positive, tangible footprint. Through our initiatives, we have recovered the equivalent of 3.2 million bottles from the ocean and landfill. In partnership with PCX Market Kure takes an active stand against plastic pollution. This globally recognised, non-profit organisation aids us on our journey to achieving plastic neutrality, ensuring that an equivalent amount of plastic utilised in our commercial activity is responsibly recovered and up-cycled. This commitment fosters job creation and economic growth in the communities we serve.
DOES KURE OXYGEN WATER COME IN GLASS BOTTLES?
Kure will soon be available in glass.
CAN I ORDER CUSTOM KURE OXYGEN WATER PACKAGING?
Due to the operational complexities, we are not able to take orders for custom (WHITE LABEL) packaging. But we’d love to have you test our current water and packaging. Many have found our distinctive packaging shape and graphics make a cool impression all on their own.
CAN YOU DESCRIBE HOW KURE’S WATER USE IS CONSISTENT WITH PROTECTING ITS WATER SOURCES?
Kure uses a state-of-the-art filling system that recovers and recycles any spillage when manufacturing reducing any waste of source water. The land above the natural spring is pristine farmland which is not used for arable or agricultural purposes thereby serving as a true guardian over the water quality. We manage our source to ensure we only use a small fraction of the abundant water that nature provides. Our usage is consistent with the applicable laws and regulations. We are dedicated to sustainable and thoughtful stewardship of our beautiful natural spring for the enjoyment of current and future generations.

HOW CAN I ORDER KURE OXYGEN WATER DELIVERY?
You can order directly on our website www.kureoxygen.com by navigating to Shop and selecting your preferred bottle size, plan and quantity. Simply add to cart and follow our easy check out process.
CAN I GET DELIVERY OF KURE OXYGEN WATER AT MY OFFICE OR BUSINESS LOCATION?
Yes. Kure provides delivery service to homes, offices and business locations across The United Kingdom
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS/ADDRESSES?
At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of Kure delivered to two or more addresses.
IS EXPEDITED SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Expedited delivery is offered at an additional surcharge.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
The vast majority of orders are shipped on the same day and should arrive within the next few days. In certain areas or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders), your delivery may arrive over one or two days or via a special delivery service.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Often, your order will be shipped on the same day it was placed. If your order was placed after 11am GMT or over the weekend it will typically ship on the following business day.
CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS MISSING?
We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our courier. If you, however, feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please email us at support@kureoxygen.com. We will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the courier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us by email at support@kureoxygen.com. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item free of charge.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY KURE OXYGEN WATER CAP AND/OR BOTTLE?
In order for us to properly investigate, we need to gather specific information about the bottle. We will need the lot code & best by date (found on the neck of the bottle), size and purchase location. You should email support@kureoxygen.com with this information and any other questions so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY WATER LOOKS DIRTY OR DISCOLORED?
In order for us to properly investigate the water, we need to get more detailed information from you. Please contact support@kureoxygen.com with the following: lot code and best by date (found on the neck of the bottle), bottle size, purchase location, whether it was sealed before opening and whether you consumed anything else with Kure water at the time. We will look into the issue further and/or answer any additional questions.
YOU BOUGHT A BOTTLE AND THE WATER “TASTES LIKE PLASTIC.” WHAT DO YOU DO?
If the water tastes like plastic it could be that it was stored in a very hot place on its transit to your local retailer. The PET plastic could change the taste, However, the bottles are BPA free and are safe. Please contact us by email at support@kureoxygen.com to give us the lot code and best by date (found on neck of the bottle) so we can investigate to make sure the retailer or courier company is more careful in storing our product, and if needed, replace your water.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly email us at support@kureoxygen.com with details of the product and the defect. All of the orders are final sale and cannot be refund.
I SEE ADDITIONAL ORDERS IN MY ACCOUNT. WHAT ARE THEY?
If you purchased a Recurring or Subscription Plan you will see additional orders placed in My Account. These are shipping orders from our warehouses and not additional transactions or double transactions. This is an easy way for you to keep track of the shipments.

HOW DO I GET WATER AUTOMATICALLY ON A MONTHLY BASIS?
You can order convenient monthly service by signing up for our recurring and subscription plans. Select the plan you would like to receive and place it in your shopping cart. Service will begin a few days after placing the order and will be shipped on the same day every month. Should you choose to modify your service please check your Kure Account (login required) or email support@kureoxygen.com
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Signing up for an account is a simple process that goes like this:Click the “Account” link at the top-right of the page.You can sign up for an account with an email address by clicking “Don’t have an account? HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
To update your account information, log into your Kure account. Navigate to “My Account” section.You can modify your details, shipping address, and payment information. Ensure to save changes before exiting.
HOW DO I EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
Once you sign in, hover over your account login at the top right of the screen and a dropdown menu will appear. Just click “Account Dashboard” and you can edit your information and preferences.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HELP!
There’s an option to recover your password once you click the “Login / Register” link at the top right of the page. Just click on that, provide the email address you used when you originally signed up, and we’ll send you an email to recover your password.
CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDERS THROUGH MY ACCOUNT
Yes, you can. Once logged into your Kure account, go to “My Orders” section, you will find a list of your orders and their status. Click on a specific order for detailed tracking information.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply open the email and follow the link. If you have difficulties please email support@kureoxygen.com.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION PLAN?
To modify your subscription plan, log into your Kure account and head to the “Subscriptions” section. Click “Manage Subscription”, “Edit Subscription” to choose a new plan or adjust the frequency.Remember to save any changes.
HOW TO PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Support team through the “Contact” page on our website or email us directly at support@kureoxygen.com.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring order, please send an email to support@kureoxygen.com as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped.
