In order to achieve our mission, we will conduct our business with the following Code of Ethics:

- We will not allow bias, conflict of interest or undue influence of others.
- We will maintain professional knowledge and skill at the level required to ensure that a customer, supplier or employee receives competent services.
- We will respect the confidentiality of information acquired as a result of our business relationships and should not disclose any such information to third parties without proper and specific authority unless there is a legal or professional right or duty to disclose.
If we do all of these correctly throughout our organisation, then we will achieve our ultimate goal, which is to reward our customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders.
