KURE GIVEAWAY COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility

1.1 The KURE 2025 Giveaway Competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of KURE, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.


2. How to Enter

2.1 Entry into the Competition is registered only through visiting the KURE website landing page and sharing of contact details via the online registration form.
2.2 To be eligible, entrants must:
(a) Submit their name and email address via the KURE website landing page form
(b) Follow @kureoxygen on Instagram
(c) Like and comment on the recent giveaway post with Crystal Palace F.C. on Instagram
2.3 Incomplete entries or failure to meet all entry requirements will result in disqualification.


3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition will run from 07/05/2025 to 13/05/2025 at 10 AM GMT+1.


4. Prize

4.1 The prize will consist of: 

  • Two (2) FA Cup Final General Admission Tickets

  • One (1) Hotel Night

  • Three (3) Months’ Supply of KURE*
    *24 x 500ml case per month. 

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.


5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

5.2 The winner will be notified by email or other contact details provided during entry from @kureoxygen on Instagram or media@kureoxygen.com ONLY.


6. Right to Withdraw Tickets

6.1 KURE reserves the right to withdraw the awarded tickets if any of the following criteria are met:

  • 6.1.1 The winner fails to provide adequate communication.

  • 6.1.3 The winner is abusive or disrespectful towards KURE employees.


6.2 In such cases, KURE may, at its discretion, select an alternative winner.


7. Publicity

7.1 By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities as requested by KURE.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree that any personal information provided may be used by KURE in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8.2 KURE agrees to not contact participants for future marketing purposes without prior agreement, in line with GDPR regulations.


9. Changes to Terms

9.1 KURE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the KURE website.


10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10.3 KURE reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition at any time and for any reason.
